The Board of Te Aka Tupuranga Trust exists not to direct from above, but to support from within. Our governance approach is transparent, values-led and community-centred. We ensure that every decision made reflects the needs and aspirations of the whānau and communities we serve.
We believe the best decisions are made in relationship. Our Board actively seeks connection with whānau, partners and communities, listening, learning and adapting so that Te Aka Tupuranga remains responsive, relevant and rooted in the people it was built to serve.
